ERP & software

ERP that matches how you actually work.

We are an official Odoo partner. We implement Odoo — and then customise it until it fits your operation instead of forcing your operation to fit it. Migration, custom modules, integrations with your existing hardware, training, and support that doesn’t end at go-live.

[ 01 ] Why us

The problem we keep being called in to fix.

Official Odoo partner

Most failed ERP projects were not failed software choices. They were configured by someone who never watched how the business runs, launched with data nobody validated, and handed over with a two-hour training session. Six months later the team is back on spreadsheets, running them alongside a system that management paid for.

We spend the first phase in your business, not in the software. What gets counted, who approves what, where the paper actually moves. The configuration comes after that.

[ 02 ] What we do

Implementation, end to end.

  • Implementation — discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live and hypercare
  • Customisation — custom modules, fields, workflows, approval chains and reports, built to survive version upgrades
  • Migration — from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Tally, legacy systems or an earlier version, with reconciliation against your own numbers before cutover
  • Integration — POS, telephony, attendance, e-commerce, payment gateways, banks and third-party apps
  • Localisation — Kuwait and GCC requirements: Arabic invoices and interface, local payroll and end-of-service rules
  • Support — ongoing functional and technical support, enhancements and version upgrades

[ 03 ] Hardware, connected

The part other ERP consultants outsource.

We sell the terminals. We install the readers. We configure the PBX. So when your ERP needs to talk to them, there’s no vendor triangle where each side blames the other.

  • POS → ERP — sales post to accounts in real time, stock decrements per branch, offline handling tested before handover
  • Attendance → Payroll — ZKTeco punches into the payroll run with shift, overtime and absence rules applied
  • Telephony → CRM — click-to-dial, screen pop with the caller’s account, calls logged against the customer
  • Barcode & label → Inventory — receiving, picking and stock counts on handhelds instead of clipboards
  • Displays → Operations — kitchen displays and signage driven by live ERP data
[ 04 ] Methodology

Seven phases, each with an output you sign off.

01

Discovery

We map your current process on site: how orders arrive, how stock moves, who approves, what finance needs at month end. Output is a written requirements document you sign off.

02

Design & configuration

We configure the base system and specify every customisation and integration, with effort and cost attached. No open-ended scope.

03

Data migration

Chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, items, opening balances. Migrated, then reconciled against your own reports until the numbers match.

04

Testing

Your team runs their real processes in a test environment. Issues are logged and fixed before go-live, not after.

05

Training

By role. Finance is trained on finance, the warehouse on the warehouse. Written guides in English and Arabic that stay useful after we leave.

06

Go-live & hypercare

We’re present at go-live and reachable daily for the first weeks, when the questions actually arrive.

07

Support & improvement

An agreed support arrangement, then quarterly reviews of what to improve next.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How long does an implementation take?

A focused single-site deployment is typically a matter of weeks. Multi-site with manufacturing, custom modules and integrations runs longer. We give you a dated plan in the proposal.

How much does it cost?

It depends on users, modules, customisation and migration complexity. We quote a fixed scope after discovery rather than an hourly estimate that grows.

Will we lose our data?

No. Migration runs into a test environment first and is reconciled against your existing reports. You approve the numbers before cutover.

Our team resists new systems.

Everyone’s does. We reduce it by involving supervisors during discovery, training by role, and going live on a date that isn’t month end.

Can you take over a system another company implemented?

Yes, frequently. We audit what’s there, document it, and give you a written list of what’s fixable and what genuinely needs rebuilding.

Tell us what’s not working.

A phone system that drops calls at peak hour. A POS that doesn’t match the stock report. Three branches that can’t see each other’s numbers. Describe it in a sentence and we’ll tell you what it takes to fix — scope, hardware, timeline, cost.
