Everything between the trunk and the handset.
- IP PBX — on-premise appliance or hosted, sized to your extension count and concurrent calls
- SIP trunking — number porting and carrier connection, with fallback routing so a line fault doesn’t take you offline
- Endpoints — desk phones, DECT for warehouses and floor staff, conference units, video for meeting rooms
- Mobile & remote — extensions on iOS, Android and browser, so branches and travelling staff sit on the same system
- Call handling — IVR menus, ring groups, queues, working-hours routing, voicemail-to-email
- Recording & reporting — call recording where you need it, plus queue and agent reports for teams that live on the phone
3CX, deployed properly.

3CX
Software PBX with strong mobile and browser clients, and licensing by concurrent calls rather than per user. Best for teams working across sites and phones, or where you want to run on your own server or cloud.
Where this matters
Multi-branch retail that needs one number and internal dialling between sites. Clinics with appointment lines and after-hours routing. Contact and support teams that need queues, recording and real reports. Offices replacing a legacy analogue PABX that no longer has parts.
Questions we get asked.
Can we keep our current numbers?
Yes — porting is part of the project. We handle it with the carrier and schedule the cutover outside working hours.
On-premise or cloud?
Depends on your internet reliability, headcount and whether recordings have to stay in the building. We’ll recommend one and explain the trade-off rather than pushing whichever is easier to sell.
Can it work across branches in different countries?
Yes. Extensions on one system, internal calls between sites at no per-minute cost.
What happens when something breaks?
On a support contract, we respond within the agreed window and hold spare handsets so a dead phone is replaced, not diagnosed for a week.
